Information for speakers
The plenary session and one of the parallel discussion sessions will be in the main theatre of the CSIRO Discovery centre. The other two sessions will be in breakout rooms in the same building. The allocation of rooms will be announced on the information board on site.
Speakers can either email their presentations ahead of time to the organisers, or copy it from a USB drive onto a PC available in each room, at latest in the break before the start of their session (see program). The PCs have Windows operating system with PowerPoint and Adobe installed.
Speakers are requested to keep strictly to the time limit requested by the session organisers, to maximise the opportunities for discussion.
After the workshop, presenters will be asked if they agree for their presentations to be published online as part of the conference proceedings.
Information for poster presenters
The poster session will be held in the main theatre of the CSIRO Discovery centre.
Poster presenters are asked to display their posters the latest during the morning tea break on Tuesday 28 October, with the formal poster session at 18:00 on the same day (see program). The preferred poster format is A0 portrait. Attachment material will be provided on the day.
During the plenary session – around 17:30 on Tuesday – poster presenters will be offered an opportunity to explain their poster in a 2-minute summary.
After the workshop, presenters will be asked of they agree for their posters to be published online as part of the conference proceedings.
